Profile Overview
The College Council serves as the governing forum for senior college teachers. It is the primary platform where all decisions relating to senior college academic and administrative activities are discussed and finalized. The Council ensures effective
coordination, academic excellence, and the smooth functioning of college
operations.
Leadership:
Chairman: Dr. G.G. Gondane, Principal
Secretary (2022–23): Dr. V.K. Mishra
Former Secretary: Dr. M.C. Dabre
Membership
All senior college teachers are members of the College Council. This collective participation ensures that decisions are inclusive, transparent, and aligned with the academic objectives of the institution.
Roles and Functions
- Deliberate and decide on all senior college academic and administrative matters.
- Form and oversee various sub-committees for smooth functioning of the college.
- Recognize and felicitate the achievements of faculty members.
- Conduct two formal meetings every academic year to review progress and plan activities.

To maintain a collaborative academic environment that encourages professional development, excellence in teaching, and holistic growth of both faculty and students.

To foster a structured, transparent, and participatory system of governance for the senior college, ensuring that academic and administrative decisions are effective and inclusive.
