• This is one-year postgraduate course leading to Diploma in Financial Management. This course is helpful to the students who whish to acquire expertise knowldege in Finance.
• Students who wish to pursue MBA studies can also benefit from this course. Existing employees can keep themselves abreast of the latest developments in the filed of management and can improve their efficiency.

Eligibility

• A Gradute of any faculty of SGB Amravati University or any other Statutory University, recognized by SGB Amravati University.

Course Curriculum:

The examination in Diploma in Financial Management shall comprise of the following papers carrying 100 Marks each

• Management & Marketing of Financial Services
• Cost Accounting
• Management Accounting
• Investment, Tax Planning and Portfolio Management

100 marks and shall be distributed as under

• Written Examination - 80 Marks
• Sessional - 20 Marks
• Sessional marks shall be awarded by the Head of the Department in consultation with the subject teacher and shall be based on :-
  • Terminal examination
  • Field visits
  • Assignments
  • Term Report shall be based on all the three points mentioned above.
